Desire for Happiness 

The fact that she didn’t trust him was a serious insult for Martin. Despite the threat of failing he insisted on his own way. He vowed her that they would preclude any difficulties on the way and one day they would be able to wed. But she still doubted his deeds and goodwill. She believed that he didn’t differ from the other people and supposed that he would never become the supremest writer. She thought that she could tell real talent from anything else. 

One day Martin encountered his sister Julie on the street. He asked, whither she had gone. And Julie told him that she had absconded from his husband. Martin perceived the responsibility to his sister and gave her a sufficient sum of money for her to rent a single room. Rheum gleamed in her eyes.

Winding staircase lead them to Martin’s room. There was only a table and a bed. There was a sconce with a candle that lighted up cavern walls. The ceiling was covered by mould. Martin asked Julie to be cautious and brought her closer to a window. “Look at the azure! Even from the most dim and muddy places of our world you can sight this extensive amount of warmth and beauty. And when you are frustrated just remember that and raise your look.” - said Martin and they opened a flagon with a nasty wine. Martin jested about Julie as it was far ahead and Julie just smiled and enjoyed being with him.

Next day Martin left his room putting on a cloak. He definitely decided to circumscribe his rest time and to devote it to work. Thoughts promiscuously arose in his mind. But he didn’t hesitate and tremble. He just went towards his life and happiness.
