I'm a winner!
“Good, morning, my friends! This is “The cabman” radio on the air. And we begin our broadcast from an announcement of our happiest lottery winner! This week it's John Townsend from Glasgow! He won… Gosh!!! What!??? My god! FIFTY MILLION pounds!!! Can you believe? Let me check one more time… Yes it is true! John, you are a really lucky man!”
That was the very beginning of Mr. Townsend's day – a taxi driver from Glasgow. Today he has known about his great luck while driving his cab. The thing is that today's winner has never played before! And last month he bought this lottery ticket only because that its six numbers were his mother and father's birthday. First of all he stopped his cab. He couldn't still believe in it. A passenger hurried a newly-made millionaire but John asked him to take another cab. He couldn't drive anymore. He had to come to his senses.
“I'm a winner!” said ex-taxi driver and left his car. At first he had to find his old friend Martin. They have planned far ahead, that in the future they would go to Africa to feed the hungry children. They couldn't be slow in it. There too many little and thin hands are waiting for them in Africa…

  3. well,...

    They have planned far ahead, that in the future they would go to Africa to feed the hungry children.

    A passenger hurried the newly-made millionaire - I would say "a newly-made millionaire" but you can prove your point.

  4. I've read a guide to article usage in English. So, there is better to use "a" there I think.

    Thank you for checking!=)
